Yeah, things are slowly improving. If nothing else, this secret room situation has given the two of them (Zach and Kendall, of course) the space and time to breathe and share some much needed conversation.
Yes, there have been a constant stream of interruption. However, since Kendall cannot communicate with anyone other than Zach, Jesse, and her boys...most of her interaction has been with Zach. And also because of that, she has been more determined than ever to face things and demand to have the conversations they need to have. While Zach has been a reluctant participant, he has been participating.
I was so grateful for Zach's line to Liza today, because it was clear he meant every word:
