Title: Today's show (Tuesday)

Osanna - May 26, 2009 07:58 PM (GMT)
ok ! so Zach refused representation of an attorney
he plead guilty he told Kendall to forget about him and to take care of the boys. We have Kendall who told Zach she didn't do it but he didn't seem to hear her or believe her (he probably thinks K is still in shock ) so now she is confused and thinks that maybe Zach really did it and that is why he confessed she is not sure what is going on .
Ryass of course is there yet again
we have him placating Kendall and telling her to take care of the boys and have them grow up to be men Zach could be proud of .

Then of course Ryass is questioned by Jesse about that night and he tells Jesse he was with Kendall when shots were fired. Jesse arrests him at the PVPD he sits by Zach and tells Z K didn't do it Zach tells him how would you know ....
Cut to Jesse asking K again about her whereabouts that night she tells him everything also tells him she saw Ryan J asks her if they were together when shots were fired she says NO .

Later Angie and Jesse talk J tells her he doesn't think Zach killed Stuart Angie says HE confessed
Jesse: I think Kendall did it
Angie: Zach confessed so the mother of his child can stay with their son. Jesse if you arrest her you will be doing just that...keeping her away from her son.
Jesse:If I don't do anything a father an innocent man is taken away from his son baby...I am not sure I can do that

I still think Zach needed to have a few moments with K and talk about this entire mess both of them tell each other what they did and finally know that neither one of them is the guilty party.

One thing I realized is that Kendall is still in a haze of sorts after everything that has happened she is still not fully aware of what is happening I don't think or Kendall would be kicking butts and taking names later our girl is not functioning on all cylinders.

Hmmm...

So Kendall is still not back to our feisty, kick-ass and take name firebrand? I think part of what has Kendall off her game is the fact that she doesn't have her anchor. She and Zach are still a part and Ryan has NEVER been a source of reassurance for her. He is never had the ability to make Kendall see herself for the strong and confident woman that she is. In fact, Ryan has just the opposite effect on our girl.

Kendall is as I would expect her to be with Ryan, needy and unsure. Insecure and tentative. Ryan always takes her back to that place where she questions everyone and everything...especially herself and her capabilities.

I was really hoping that she and Zach would have a moment alone to converse so that they could both clear some things up. So, I am disappointed that today was not that day.

I haven't seen the show yet, but I'm grateful for the synopsis so that I am not going in completely blind.

I think most are expecting the Kendall of the past. Since the coma that Kendall isn't around any more.. We expect her to fight for Zach kicking and screaming and maybe even doing what Zach is doing,(admitting she killed Stuart) to help Zach...This is a milder calmer Kendall, we may not like it but there it is. Zach told her to go back to Ian, take care of him and Spike and to forget about him..She told Ryan she didn't understand why Zach is acting this way, why he isn't fighting. She told him she didn't do it, but he insist he did, she thinks he must have or he wouldn't be doing this.
And she did say she wasn't going to cry in front of Ian anymore. Zach isn't there for the babies so she has to be.

I like this side of Kendall. She will be happy that Zach is out even if she isn't...The emotion everyone thinks is missing will come out soon and I can't wait.

Our girl will be back
she has been through a lot and everything has caught up with her she needs to breathe once she has a few worry less moments to herself she will be ok and Liza better watch out lol

I don't think I've ever been so disapointed in a show then I was yesterday. Based on Raven's script I really thought things would go completely differently and I so looked foward to it all weekend. Only to once again . . . but CRUSHED!!

Raven's script led me to believe that Kendall was going to be hysterical and that Ryan would see this . . . therefore, he would have his epiphany that Kendall really does love Zach. NONE of that happened. Also, Raven's script led me to believe that Ryan was also going to confess. That didn't happen either.

I just so thought that yesterday Zach and Kendall would slowly beging to realize that their connection goes much deeper than just the boys. That they truly love each other.

I'm not seeing that and I NEED to see that . . . I was once again left heartbroken.

I so need a Zach and Kendall fix . . . just some hope to keep me haning on. Spoilers are giving me that hope, but after my disappoitment from yesterday . . . I'm afraid to put any faith in spoilers or this freakin' idiot of a HW!!

I think Ryan is slowly have a epiphany..I watched the way he was looking at Kendall, her reaction when she realized Zach confessed for her. He also knows how much Zach still loves her by what's he's willing to give up to keep her safe and happy..I'm no fan of Ryan's but I do see him beginning to process just how important Zach and Kendall are to each other. I never thought Ryan would confess, he had no reason to want Adam dead, the way this happened made more sense.
Why does Kendall have to be hysterial ?? Why does she need to scream and yell or go off to prove her love?? I see the love she has for Zach just by her actions,

I need a Zen fix also and I'm getting it a little at a time which is just fine by me. Their slo-burn was so sexy, I don't mind waiting for it to happen again, this time it wll be better.

Scripts, like spoilers never play out the way we want.. :shrug

I totally agree, Ruth. And you know, considering that Ryan does everything slowly (like the dimwit he is), why wouldn't his epiphany also be slow? So long as it happens, I'm good. And I do see both Ryan and Kendall realizing that their great love affair is anything but great. They have already settled back into the friendship mode they've been living in for years.

Works for me.

I thought the look on Zach's face when Ryan sat down beside him at the police station was priceless. Jackass much, Ryan? :giggle

Don't expect a boy to do a man's job, Zach.

Well, I don't necessiarly need to see Kendall get hysterical, but lets face it . . . that is what we are used to. Its hard getting used to a more subdued Kendall. I am used to her crazy dance and I kinda miss it. Especially when it is directed at protecting Zach.

Zendallrella - May 28, 2009 12:23 AM (GMT)
I agree with Jam on this.

I don't need or want Kendall to be hysterical over what is happening because that would be counterproductive and wouldn't solve anything. What I do want and need to see is for her to get her passion, her fire, and her determination back. I want to see her protective side on full display in all its splendid glory and not in these fits and starts that have my emotions swing back and forth like a pendulum.

Even this eventual breakup with Ryan has been passive. It doesn't appear that we're going to get a conscience decision and decisive action on her part that she belongs with Zach and where she ends things with Ryan. Instead, from what I've read it's Ryan who suggests that Zach and Kendall remarry, and it appears that as a result of that action, he and Kendall will mutually realize they don't belong together and just fade out.[<---- highlight to read]. Kendall has never been the kind of woman to just stand back and knowingly allow others to make decisions for her or on her behalf. Her fierce independent streak and unwavering loyalty are often what lands her in hot water, and I love that about her even when it frustrates the hell outta me. And in this instance, she has been unusually passive and, yes,..subdued.

I want to see the proactive Kendall that I am accustomed to seeing. The one who makes things happen (even when it backfires on her) and who doesn't just sit on the sidelines waiting to see how things play out and reacting. I want to see her crazy dance.

Okay new here... :hi just wanted to say I am so excited that Zach and Kendall are getting on the same page again...but lord knows at this point...they need to stop talking to the cops and talk to each other before one of them really gets convicted...

Zendallrella - May 28, 2009 10:22 AM (GMT)
:hi Nutmeg! Welcome to the Zone.

I hear ya. What seems illogical to me is that Kendall knows that she didn't kill Stuart and she knows now that Zach thinks she did and has, perhaps, confessed to protect her. She's not quite sure, but she strongly suspects that. So, it seems a little unbelievable that she would simply accept him throwing away his freedom on her behalf.

And frankly, I am not sure why Zach is so doggedly certain that Kendall in spite of her appeals to him that she didn't do it. He knows that she was willing to do it and she certainly wasn't shy or hesitant about saying so. And she was willing to do it not only for Ian, but for Zach as well. But, he's unwavering in his belief that she is guilty in spite of what she says and I don't get that. Would she lie to protect him? Sure she would - just as he is doing for her. But, Kendall is at least questioning whether or not Zach actually did it. She honestly doesn't know for certain. :shrug

nutmeg528 - May 28, 2009 06:21 PM (GMT)
I think he's going with the whole better to be safe than sorry...and I think that he also knows that Kendall was so angry and so determined...I don't think that's about trust so much as he also wonders if she can remember everything accurately because she was just so grief stricken

hookedonzendall - May 29, 2009 02:33 AM (GMT)
Hi Nutmeg :hi
Welcome

I wonder too why Zach doesn't believe Kendall since she's told him she didn't do it..Mabe now it's because Jesse thinks she did it and this is his way of trying to stop the investigation

Jesse pissed me off again today.. He told Ryan he was pissed that everyone is lying to him, "people that lie and then admit they lied you can't believe a thing they say." yet he believes Luza :boom and he knows from experience what a liar she is.

Osanna - May 29, 2009 02:54 AM (GMT)
Hi Megs Welcome to The Zen

I have a feeling Zach thinks Kendall did it but she is not remembering doing it OR he is remembering what she had told him that she will do it and won't get caught or something to that affect. This SL is too confusing no one is behaving as they usually would
even Erika deep down thinks K did it and that's because Zach confessed to her thinking why would Z do that unless he knew K was guilty of the crime and was protecting her .

Zendallrella - May 29, 2009 10:23 AM (GMT)
And it certainly didn't help that Ryan did not seem particularly convincing when he told Erica he didn't believe Kendall did it. And Erica still stinks she did it even after Kendall told her specifically that she hadn't. I can't tell if they think she did do it and is covering or if they thing she's blocking it. I'm troubled by the former and not too certain of the latter.

In none of their conversations with Zach, Ryan, or Erica (sans Kendall) have any of these people indicated they thought Kendall was having an emotional breakdown and blocking what happened. So, that's a little bit of a stretch for me. I can only go by what I am seeing and what they are saying. And what I am seeing is their disbelief, in spite of Kendall's assertions of not having done the deed, and each of them acting accordingly to protect her because of it.

I take it Zach will be released today? Is this the day he propositions Kendall?

But this doesn't make sense either. :shrug

Unless the police have a solid lead that someone else killed Stuart, why would they release Zach? Just because Jesse thinks Kendall did it, that isn't enough to release someone who has admitted to the crime.

Jeeze, only in the soap world. :giggle

Osanna - May 29, 2009 05:16 PM (GMT)
in Zach's case they do not have solid evidence
yes, they do have a confession however the sequence of events and the subsequent confession have not satisfied the police chief
Bring in Liza and Ryass they both saw Kendall at the Chandler mansion
at the time of the crime AND both lied in different ways to Jesse

Ryan's lie is what got Kendall's case more solid for Jesse Ryan said he with Kendall when they heard the shots Kendall said she saw Ryan after she heard the shots Even though there will be ample reasonable doubt argument if this goes to trial
the case against Kendall is more solid than against Zach
